Justin is dedicated to assisting churches and nonprofit ministries with their accounting and financial management needs. He earned an Advanced Diploma of Ministry from Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia, before pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He later obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from East Carolina University.
Justin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a 5-star rating. With over a decade of accounting experience, Justin specializes in working with churches, nonprofits, and small businesses. His background also includes serving on various ministry boards and teaching as an adjunct accounting professor.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Justin enjoys playing bass guitar, surfing, and spending quality time with his beautiful wife and their three energetic sons.

Eric is known for his dedication to professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in every aspect of his work. He brings a thoughtful, mission-focused approach to financial management, especially within the church and nonprofit context.
After earning his Bachelor's degree, Eric completed a Master’s in Business Administration from Estácio de Sá University in Rio de Janeiro. He is fluent in Portuguese and has working knowledge of Spanish. Eric brings extensive experience managing financial operations in the church context, offering practical insight and dedication to mission-driven work. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys soccer, playing the drums, and serving in his church.
